A full factorial design is a experimental design in which all possible combinations of the levels of each factor are included in the design. In other words, every possible combination of the levels of each factor is tested to determine the effect of each factor and their interactions on the outcome of the experiment. This type of design allows for a comprehensive evaluation of the factors and their interactions, but requires a large number of experimental runs or trials.
