What is a T-square?

A T-square is a technical drawing tool that consists of a straightedge with a perpendicular crosspiece, called the head, at one end. It is used to draw straight lines at right angles to the edge of a drawing surface. The head of the T-square is placed on the edge of the drawing board, and the straightedge is used to draw horizontal lines while ensuring that vertical lines are perfectly perpendicular to them. It is commonly used in engineering, architecture, graphic design, and other technical fields.
