What is asymmetry?

Asymmetry is the lack of symmetry or similarity between two or more objects, entities, or patterns. It is a property characterized by an absence of a central axis of symmetry in an object or shape. In other words, the right side of an object does not mirror the left side. Asymmetry can occur naturally or be intentionally designed in a variety of fields, such as art, architecture, biology, and mathematics.
