It aims to analyze language, culture, and society by examining its internal contradictions and assumptions. This is done by breaking down a text or discourse into its constituent parts and showing the implicit biases and assumptions that underlie its construction. In other words, deconstructionism seeks to question the stability and coherence of ideas, concepts, and institutions, as well as the binary oppositions that govern our social and political frameworks.
