What is the Microteaching?

Microteaching is a teaching technique in which a teacher is able to practice and develop their teaching skills in a controlled and supportive environment. It involves teaching a small group of students for a short period of time (usually 5-10 minutes) on a specific topic or skill, with the aim of focusing on specific teaching techniques, such as questioning, explaining, or feedback. The session is then analyzed and reflected upon by the teacher and their peers, with the goal of identifying areas of strength and areas in need of improvement. Microteaching is often used in teacher training and development programs.
