What is the difference between information architecture and UX design?

Information architecture (IA) is the practice of organizing and structuring information in a way that makes it easy to understand and use. Essentially, it is the process of organizing content and information to make it easily accessible and comprehensible. On the other hand, user experience (UX) design focuses on creating products and systems that deliver excellent experiences to users. This involves research, design, and testing to optimize the interaction between users and products or systems. While IA and UX design are closely related, IA is more focused on the organization and structure of information, whereas UX design encompasses a broader range of user-centered design principles, including usability, accessibility, and visual design.
