The WELL Building Standard certification has four levels, which are as follows:
1. WELL Certified: Achieved by earning 40 to 49 points on the WELL certification checklist.
2. SILVER: Achieved by earning 50 to 59 points on the checklist.
3. GOLD: Achieved by earning 60 to 79 points on the checklist.
4. PLATINUM: The highest level is achieved by earning 80 or more points on the certification checklist.
